What can I say? After two weeks of stress, anxiety and an intense fear of the unknown, it’s fixed. We had a slab leak from a hot water line in our master bathroom. Triggered by an outrageous water and electric bill, I called John and he knew almost immediately what it was. He advised me of a few options and I was able to isolate the issue and at least stop the bleeding. Contacted a leak detection company (his recommendation) they came out and found the location very fast. It was the line feeding our freestanding tub. John and his trusty assistant came out, broke the floor with no excessive damage, replaced the pipes, patched the concrete, and left the bathroom better than he found it. On a side note, he also helped me address a few slow drains that the wife was complaining about. Wife is happy. I’m happy. My wallet is appreciative. Super grateful right now.
