DITTO for the service!!. When I called JJM and explained my problem, John was performing a job and asked if I was able to turn the water off for my house. I told him yes. He then said that he did not want me without water for the entire day and decided to make me his next job before continuing his day. He came about 1.5 hours later, assessed the situation, gave me a quote, and went to work. If I have another plumbing issue or if someone asks me about a plumber, I'm telling them...JJM!
